Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
ClientACQ ("ClientACQ", "we", "us") operates statesinjuryhelp.com. We are an advertising and lead-generation company, not a law firm. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you voluntarily submit through our case review form, which may include:
- Your first and last name
- Your mobile phone number and email address
- Your city, street address (optional) and Washington ZIP code
- The type and date of your accident, whether you were injured, and any description of the incident you choose to provide
We also automatically collect limited technical and marketing data, including your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and campaign attribution parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and gclid.
We use ActiveProspect's TrustedForm service to create an independent certificate documenting your form session and the consent language shown to you at the time of submission. TrustedForm collects information about your interaction with the form. See ActiveProspect's own privacy disclosures for details on their processing.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate whether your potential claim may be a fit for an attorney in our network
- To connect you with independent, licensed attorneys or law firms
- To contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message and email, consistent with the consent you provided
- To document consent and comply with applicable telemarketing and consumer protection laws
- To measure and improve our advertising, website performance and lead quality
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate submissions
3. Who We Share Your Information With
We share the information you submit with independent, third-party attorneys and law firms in our network for the purpose of evaluating and potentially handling your claim. Those attorneys and firms are separate businesses and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices, not ours.
We also share information with service providers who support our operations, including form processing, hosting, call routing and telephony, consent certification (ActiveProspect / TrustedForm), analytics and advertising measurement providers.
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena or legal process, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell your information to unrelated marketing lists, data brokers or telemarketers. Sharing your details with an attorney in our network in exchange for compensation may nevertheless be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under some state privacy laws, and we describe that below and on our Do Not Sell or Share My Info page.
4. Washington Consumer Health Data
Information you provide about an injury or medical condition may qualify as "consumer health data" under the Washington My Health My Data Act. That category of information is addressed separately in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which explains the additional rights and consent requirements that apply.
5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies through Google Tag Manager and connected analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors reach and use this site and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Contact preferences. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, or email us using the details below.
- Access, correction and deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. See our Do Not Sell or Share My Info page.
- Withdraw consent. You may withdraw consent to the collection or sharing of consumer health data as described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
7. Data Retention
We retain form submissions and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to comply with legal obligations, including retention of TCPA consent documentation for the period required by applicable law, after which we delete or de-identify the information.
8. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, and we maintain administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
