TCPA Consent Details
Last updated: August 2026
This page explains, in plain terms, what you are agreeing to when you check the consent box on our case review form. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. The Consent Language on Our Form
By checking the box and submitting the form, you provide your electronic signature and express written consent for ClientACQ and its network of participating attorneys and law firms to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided — including by telephone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and pre-recorded or autodialed messages — about your potential case, even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply.
2. Consent Is Not Required
You are never required to consent to automated calls or texts in order to receive a case review or any other service. If you would prefer not to give this consent, do not submit the form — contact us by email instead and we will respond that way.
3. Who May Contact You
Consent extends to ClientACQ and to the independent attorneys and law firms in our network who may evaluate your potential claim. These attorneys are separate businesses. They are not employed or supervised by ClientACQ, and they may contact you directly using the details you submitted.
4. Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any follow-up. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. ClientACQ does not charge you for calls or messages.
5. How to Opt Out
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop further texts. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Phone calls: tell the caller you wish to be placed on their internal do-not-call list, or email us.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or email us directly.
- All channels: email privacy@statesinjuryhelp.com with the phone number and email you submitted.
Opting out of contact from ClientACQ does not automatically opt you out of contact from an attorney you have already been matched with; contact that attorney directly, or tell us and we will pass the request along.
6. Consent Records
We use ActiveProspect's TrustedForm service to create an independent certificate recording your form session, the consent language displayed, and the moment you submitted. We retain these records to document consent as required by applicable law.
7. Your Rights Under the TCPA
The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act restricts certain automated calls and text messages without prior express written consent. Nothing on this page waives any right you have under the TCPA or under Washington law, including RCW 80.36 and the Washington Consumer Protection Act.
